The Deputy Chief Executive to submit a report that presents the Economic Review of Carlisle 2015 to Members of the Overview and Scrutiny Panel and seek views on the issues arising.  The report will also provide a brief update on the progress on the partnership recommendations arising from the first Economic Review conducted in 2013.
