To appoint a Chair of the Panel for the 2022/23 municipal year.
It was moved and seconded that Councillor Ms Ellis-Williams be appointed as Chair of the Regulatory Panel for the municipal year 2022/23. It was moved and seconded that Councillor Miss Whalen be appointed as Chair of the Regulatory Panel for the municipal year 2022/23. Following voting it was
RESOLVED – That Councillor Ms Ellis-Williams be appointed as Chair of the Regulatory Panel for the municipal year 2022/23. Councillor Ms Ellis-Williams thereupon took the Chair.
To appoint a Vice Chair of the Panel for the 2022/23 municipal year.
It was moved and seconded that Councillor Miss Whalen be appointed as Vice Chair of the Regulatory Panel for the municipal year 2022/23. RESOLVED – That Councillor Miss Whalen be appointed as Vice Chair of the Regulatory Panel for the municipal year 2022/23.
It was agreed that the item of business in Part A be dealt with in public; there were no items of business in Part B to be dealt with when the public and press were excluded. RESOLVED - That in accordance with Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the Public and Press were excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following item of business on the grounds that it involved the likely disclosure of exempt information, as defined in Paragraph Number 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the 1972 Local Government Act.
To approve the minutes of the meeting held on 20 April 2022. (Copy minutes herewith).
RESOLVED – That the minutes of the meetings held on 20 April 2022 be agreed.
