B.1 CONSIDERATION OF SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF A PERSONAL LICENCE FOLLOWING CONVICTION OF A RELEVANT OFFENCE - LICENSING ACT 2003
This report had been published as agenda item A.1.  The Sub Committee moved the item into private at the meeting.

The Licensing Manager to submit a report regarding a Personal Licence Holder who had been convicted of offences contrary to The Food Safety Act 1990, offences which are relevant under the Licensing Act 2003.
