The Policy and Communications Manager to submit a report on the efficiency and efficacy review of current governance structures of the Council, task and finish group.

What is the Panel being asked to do?
- Consider and comment on the report and the timetable for progressing the work
- Provide a response to the following recommendations, presented within the report:
         - Panels and Executive are consulted upon a change to 2 or 1 panel(s) for the Civic Year 2019/20
         - The future panel(s) are made up of between 8 and 10 Members
         - The panel(s) meet every 6 weeks.
