This report is not for publication by virtue of Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 as it contains information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information).

The Corporate Director of Economic Development to submit a report which accompanies that in Part A on this agenda and contains the commercially sensitive financial aspects of the viability assessment.

B.2 QUARTERLY REPORT ON PLANNING ENFORCEMENT

This report is not for publication by virtue of paragraphs 2, 3, 5 and 6 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 as it contains: information which is likely to reveal the identity of an individual; information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information); information in respect of which a claim to legal professional privilege could be maintained in legal proceedings; information which reveals that the authority proposes: (a) to give under any enactment a notice under or by virtue of which requirements are imposed on a person; or (b) to make an order or direction under any enactment.

The Corporate Director of Economic Development to submit a report providing an update on the scope of activities undertaken by the Council's Planning/Landscapes Compliance and Enforcement Officer.
