To consider the Chief Finance Officer report RD.36/16 and in particular comment on the capital spending which falls within the area of responsibility of this Panel:
(Cross Cutting) The Deputy Chief Executive to submit a report providing an update on the recovery of Council assets, the provision of grants and relief to flood affected households and businesses, and details of the Carlisle Flood Response Plan. Mr Andrew Brown, Environment Agency, Ms Angela Jones, Cumbria County Council, have been invited to attend the meeting to give a presentation and update on the Section 19 report.
