Pursuant to Minute EX.142/14, the Director of Economic Development to submit a report setting out the next key stages in the process towards the adoption of the Carlisle District Local Plan (2015 - 2030), including consultation on the Publication version of the Plan.  The Environment and Economy Overview and Scrutiny Panel considered the matter on 22 January 2015.
