The Licensing Manager to submit a report regarding an application to licence an eight seater Hackney Carriage.

Members are asked to inspect Mr Irving’s vehicle and a Ford Torneo, which will be made available from 1.30pm outside the Civic Centre. Any Members who do not inspect the vehicle prior to the meeting will be asked to view it during the meeting to enable them to take part in the decision making.
