The Director of Economic Development to submit a report that accompanies the latest draft of the merging Carlisle District Local Plan (2015-2030) - the Proposed Submission Draft - and details how the Plan has evolved since the previous Preferred Options Stage Two draft.  The report also sets out the next key stages in the process towards the adoption of the Plan.
